Time for another "Pool Sharks and Wannbes" meetup as we continuation of our "tour of Pacific Beach dive bars" with our first visit to the "West End Pub" in North PB this Friday, December 6th at 7pm.  Nothing fancy - just a chance to meet some neighbors over a drink or two and games of pool. No need to be good at pool - this is just for fun and an excuse to get out out of the house on a winter evening to meet some friendly neighbors.

The West End is on the corner of Turquoise and La Jolla Boulevard-  it. does not have happy hour prices because (they tell me) their prices are low all the time: domestic drafts are $3.50 and well drinks are $4.50 - so if you are on a budget this shouldn't break the bank.  Admit it - you need a "bracer drink" before facing the holidays. This is a great way to unwind from the work week and launch your weekend so we hope to see you there!
